TPQ SEBAGAI WADAH PENINGKATAN KUALITAS SDM (TPQ As a Place To Improve The Quality of Human Resources)

Bangkalan-Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang agamis merupakan visi pembangunan desa. Hal tersebut dapat diwujudkan dengan adanya Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) yaitu di kediaman Ibu Nur, Bapak Rowi, dan Ibu Malihah. TPQ Tersebut dilaksanakan setelah sholat maghrib sampai pukul 19.30 WIB. Santri di TPQ Ibu Nur ada 15 anak, di TPQ Bapak Rowi ada 12 anak, dan di TPQ Ibu Malihah ada 7 anak. Materi yang dipelajari di Ketiga TPQ tersebut yaitu belajar membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar sesuai tajwidnya. Selain itu mereka juga belajar membaca Al-Quran dengan tartil, menghafal doa-doa dan pengetahuan lainnya tentang agama Islam.

Sistem pembelajaran Al-Quran di kediaman Ibu Nur dimulai dari membaca doa belajar dan Al-Fatihah bersama-sama kemudian dilanjutkan mengaji satu persatu dengan ustadz dan ustadzahnya masing-masing dengan menerapkan pembelajaran tajwid didalamnya. Setelah semua santri sudah selesai mengaji, mereka melaksanakan sholat Isya’ berjamaah dan dilanjutkan belajar Al-Quran dengan tartil.

yang ada di Ibu Nur. Perbedaannya TPQ di Bapak Rowi pembukaanya dimulai dengan muroja’ah Kitab Fiqih bersama-sama, sedangkan perbedaan TPQ di kediaman Ibu Malihah tidak adanya belajar Al-Qur’an dengan tartil.

Paradigma masyarakat desa Karang Pao terhadap pentingnya ilmu agama menjadi salah satu faktor utama didirikannya Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ). Beberapa orang tua mengaku sangat terbantu dengan adanya TPQ sebagai wadah untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM anak-anak di Desa karang Pao yang agamis. Lingkungan yang mendukung serta dorongan yang kuat dari orang tua, anak-anak desa Karang Pao menjadi sangat antusias dalam belajar ilmu agama di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ).
